I understand that acceptance of an offer of employment does not create a contractual obligation upon Westwood Cinema to continue to employ me in the future. I authorize Westwood Cinema to contact any educational institutions, former employers, or other individuals and entities having information concerning me to make inquiries and obtain information, including personnel files, relevant to my background, performance and abilities as an employee or relating to my application for employment. I hereby release all such entities and individuals from any and all claims, including but not limited to claims of defamation, associated with the release of disclosure of such information to Westwood Cinema.
